Now if you can sit there with a straight face and say that this administration has not spun a lot of stories over the last 7 years, then you need help my friend. Professional help.

Oh and it is not called bad mouthing, it is the way I and many other see it. Wait until we vote in November and you will see what I mean.

Hmmm. Well he got something right.

Comments?

He means well Dave, he just gets confused at times and forgets. So he cant be a liar as many claim. To be a liar you have to have a good memory.

John

That one is a very hard one to explain away. Still, the Bush administration were marketing wonders, masters of the sound bytes. Well now it is too late and they have found they got nothing. They are looked down on by the world, have an unfavorable rating here at home, and the history books are going to write what happened without the spin. I think he is beginning to sense that and is worried.

They wont expain anything away Dave. What they cant explain they mearly ignore. concerned Yes worried Naaa WTF does he care what the world thinks he dont care now and certainly wont later.

His concern is a confidence thing. he Wanted to prove to his father that he was a better prez than him. He wanted to be a wartime prez, walk away from this war the conquering hero the one who changed the face of the mid east and made the world safe.

To go down in the history books with a higher rating than Pop. I can only imagine the father son conversations growing up with all his problems and failures always with dad on his back and pulling him up by the bootstraps.

This was his last chance to show POP what he was made of. And he failed again. Cant be easy.

So for sure hes concerned and now with the impeachment charges in the Judiciary committee he's getting desperate. Its not like him to admitt he was wrong on anything.

This Father son thing is a common classic Phenomena specially so when both are in the same business.

I had similar problems with my son when I used to constantly preach, My father did better than his Father and I did better than my Father thats why you had such a charmed life.
And now it your turn you have to do better than me or we lose a whole generation.

That was wrong and a lot of pressure to put on a youngster so we locked horns a few times and developed an attitude for a while.

But he did make it and became an officer in a big corp. And an executive board member in a 40 thousand man union with enough money to buy and sell me. He's A better person for it with lots of confidence now. But what if he had failed I now ask myself? Not easy to live with Failure and no amount of convincing will change how you percieve your self.

Seems they cant answer even simple questions when it comes to Bush or Cheney. Not even the US attorney who is supposed to be representing the people sqirming like a weasel in front of congress.

Wally, the biggest story he spun was saying he wasn't a liberal when I first joined here ... and I called him on it. He had a heck of a time trying to hide his extreme lefty leanings. And now he's busting loose.

LOL!

Priceless! Now you want to hand-pick someone else to ask? hehe

As for my posting history, I've already proven you a liar. But it's funny that you've zeroed in on my posts about your hero. Big Grin

The topic is "Bush says he regrets..."

I don’t want to hear that Mr. Bush regrets his poor choice of words.

I want to hear Mr. Bush say that he regrets the 4,000 dead U.S. soldiers.

I want to hear Mr. Bush say he regrets the 80,000+ dead Iraqis.

I want to hear Mr. Bush say he regrets the TRILLIONS of dollars he is putting us into debt.

I want to hear Mr. Bush say he regrets lying us into war.

I want "Mr. Peace" to APOLOGIZE.

In all fairness Pink, and I have no dog in this fight,Look beyond you personal feelings and character assasination and realise he's been very paitent and hasnt hit the yellow triangle on you.

What your doing is not sticking to the topic and baiting which is in violation of the TOSs. Why dont you quit while your ahead? Im surprised you havent already been warned by the Mods.
