A similar policy was adopted in Hartford, CT. Furthermore, the local LEOs are under NO obligation to assist ICE agents either. THe reason? When there was a recent crack down on illegals. whole nieghborhoods "became ghost towns" (term unsed in the newspaper). The local merchants complaines about the lack of business to the mayor. Soooo like a bunch of tools, they caved and instituted the policy.
