You've done well Marine, but the thrre you mention are looking for at least a bachelor's degree if your interest is to be a field agent.
Qualifications for all federal law enforcement positions can be found on the individual agency's web-site. I suggest you look at border patrol, and some of the other DHS enforcement positions.
Local police departments like former-Marines.

CWO is right, agent positions require a degree and you must be no older than 37 at the time of appointment as the mandatory retirement age is 57 for LE positions.
An alternative would be with DHS/CBP (Customs and Border Protection) as a Customs or Immigrations Officer. Those positions do not have a degree requirement at this time, but they just received the LE designation with enhanced retirement benefits, so that may not be true in a year or so.
If you are proficient in foreign language such as Spanish, Arabic, Russian, etc, you may be just the person they are looking for to work at the international airports, seaports and border crossings.

Considered option of local police, or Sheriff Dept? They pay rather well, and can be used as a spring board to whatever you wish to ultimately become. Also, you can likely attend school to finish up your degree in CJA. With the new G.I Bill now, you should fare very well.
