In case there are other people trying to be proactive (and I know there are ), you will have to wait on ordering your ME Rating Badge for your SDB. I contacted the UDC and received a response that said the badges have been ordered and delivery is expected OOA 1 December. They requested that something be sent out through the Gold Badge Network to ask that members not call or email the UDC about the rating badges. They advised that they have been inundated with calls and emails.
On a happier note, the lateral panels have completed their assignment and we should see the message around 10 November.
Senior, So they're completly done going through and selecting the desired members for the ME rating? That was quick. Do you think they'll pass the word earlier than 10NOV? -or- is there still more to be done, -or- are they just going to make everyone wait?
I was advised that both panels, Active and Reserve, were complete and have already conducted their out-brief to the CoC. One of the members of the panel advised that the message should be released OOA 10 November. It could always come earlier.
