I've been looking around trying to find information about the Disaster Area Response Teams to no avail. Can anyone point me in the right direction, in regards of where they're located and how getting an assignment to a team works with reservists?

You might start with your servicing ISC (fot), or try your Sector response department.

The DARTS are primiarily a "collaterial duty"of the Western Rivers Sectors. Both active duty and reserves personel are involved. If you want to be involved get to one of the 3 western river Sectors and just say the magic words ! they are always looking for people. If you want more info look me up on global.

PBMKC is spot on. DART is a D8 mission only. I suggest you check out the D8 instruction posted at their repository.
