My name is China-Jade and i am looking for my biological father ... his name is John Wheeler and was in the US NAVY in 1989 and i know he was on the USS Puget Sound. My Mothers name is Vonda Rood. He is part korean i was told and i have pictures of him for verification. It has been 20 years and i would like to find him. Even if you dont know him i could really use advice on the best ways to search for him. My husband is currently in the navy so i do have resources inside the navy if that helps in any way of me finding him. Please if you have any info that will be helpfull let me know. Thank you
