My mom has passed away and she said his name was Tito and was in the military. She said he was an air traffic controller in Missouri. Don't know any more than that. The date of my conception would have been around June 1st, 1969. If anyone could please help me I would appreciate it. Or just point me in the right direction.

When I was stationed in Puerto Rico, I knew a man named Tito who worked at the airport where I worked on the base. I don't know what job he did there. He was a civilian and I think Puerto Rican. That was in 1981 and he was probably in his 30's then.
