I'm looking for a Dan Best who was an E5 while stationed in Rota Spain (1986). (AMS 2nd Class)

It's believed he lived in California before being stationed in Spain.

My intention is not to embarrass him or start a relationship that he doesn't want. But to put it bluntly, he's my father. I primarily want to start a dialog about the medical history on my paternal side. And on a slightly less serious note, I'm also interested in my paternal heritage.

My maternal grandmother also received an abruptly ended call from someone claiming to be my "other" grandmother and that's terribly curious.

If you are Dan Best, or know him, or were stationed in Rota around 1986 and might know someone who knows him or have ANY information... I'd appreciated the help.
