What are the chances of getting sent on IA more than once?? More out of curiosity than anything else.

I know a couple of guys that were sent IA more than once. One of them asked to be sent with a particular unit because they had an open position for him to fill.
And that's the main reason for IA's. They have a need, a soldier who can fill that need gets sent to them, they go back to their unit when they come home.

pretty high if they have a specialty skill that is in big demand..and they volunteer for them...

have a few friends that have gone 2 or 3 times already.
