The fastest way to be promoted is to do the very best job, in any of your assigned duties, as possible. Become highly proficient in your MOS and cross train to others as a secondary’s. Perform all of your duties with a sense of urgency and with attention to detail. Education is also important. Take as many courses and classes as possible. Also you attitude and conduct are very important. Work smart, look sharp, and be smart.
