Can anybody tell me, if the self-propelled HAWK launchers used the regular generators or if they had on-board generator ?

I think they used the normal generators (2 cable reels at the back), but I only worked the the towed ones.

Thanks in advance

Raytheon did make several version of the self propelled launcher and one model did have an onboard power supply. They also had some with motorized cable reels. The whole self propelled launcher scheme was a disaster. Most of them were broken and dead lined more then they were operational. I only had them in my command for a short while and without fail they would all break down before we could drive them off site. The whole self propelled launcher idea was a nightmare to maintain and a disaster to operate.
