So I know for the time being they authorized the wear of the BDU gortex with the ABU's, so are they allowing the wear of the black fleece with them as well? What about gloves? It's freezing in Massachusetts!!! Thanks.
Depends, you can wear the black fleece and gloves with your BDU jacket with your ABUs, but Air Force has left it to commander's discretion. ask your first shirt, he/she will have an answer for you.
What he said only applies if you wear the BDU gortex over the black fleece. You aren't authorized to wear the black fleece anywhere by itself as it is a liner.
