I am a prior SW Seabee wanting to know if I would be able to get into one of the ACB units if I reenlisted to active duty. I did my 5 yrs in NMCB5. Any info on the ACB units would be great. I went to their websites but not to much info.

I did and he said he would have to look into it. He wasn't sure. Just thought I would see if anyone here knew.

The detailer won't talk with you until you are on active duty. You can try calling and asking about it but when I was on recruiting duty they wouldn't talk orders till you swore in and were on your way to TPU. Doesn't hurt to call though.

This is provided you can reenlist as an SW. The local recruiter should be able to tell your if rate is open for NAVETS (he/she may have to call MEPS).
