Gotta warn ya, when I was a Military Training Instructor at Camp Fogerty, Davisville, RI (1969) I taught Map Reading. The 1st thing I did was asked if anyone had previous ARMY experience, then showed them the Army way and the (right) SEABEE way to do things.

It got their attention.

Army way, Read the map. Seabee way, Find the beer.

Army way...turn map rightside up.

Seabee way...comshaw beer.
