Pre 1948 for all.
The top two, Seaman 2nd Class, Torpedomans Mate striker. The two cuff stripes and single stripe around the shoulder indicate in the seamans branch.

The lower photos, Seaman 1st Class, not in the seamans branch, qualified in submarines.
