Well did you get the recipe or not ant yes I know my spelling is bad . Maybe we should go to phonic spelling for a year or two . Bottled a new batch , if it turns out well I'll share the mix , if I can remember . Oldtimers challenge ,tho reading Macks gives me hope , not so sure bout Gerrys

I did thanks! For some stupid reason I found it last night going through the junk mail folder, but I fixed it so it won't do that any more.

Adam will probably start that one once finals are over and we get back from our mini vacation to VA.

More is fine with me! As I said my dad used to have a bunch (he did a lot on his own, and took very detailed notes), but they all burned when his housed burned down a few years back. He actually hasn't made any since, but he is very excited to see Adam making beer.

Just transferred over to 2ndary fermenter , taste test says...... gonna be good ifn I don't screw it up while bottling . Think I'll call it DarkWater , ya gotta try this .

Well after letting it sit in 2nd fermenter a lil extra and sitting in bottle a bit extra at 70 , then in the frig a couple to get chilled it was well received by all who tried it with calls for more . DarkWater is good , the right coffee bean with the right beer wort works surprisingly well . Now , can I repeat .

Adam just botteled a basic porter and a american beer....he plans on working on the agent orange over the next break. (Or maybe the Dark water in honor of NR! if you send me that one)

What can I say , bottles are stealthier , plus works for bartering . Keg system is on birthday list .
