Does anyone know if there is a possible way to get a second opinion on a sub disqual? I am being subdisqualed for a spinal fusion that I had done 2 and half years ago. I feel great and have not had any problems since the surgery. I have 2 and half years left in the navy.

Basically, no. You can appeal, but if the Squadron doc says nope... nope is the answer. It's not very likely to get overturned.

The question is WHO did the spinal fusion? Did you go outside? Or was it the Navy that did it? There's more to this story you aren't telling us.
