Beer... Beer is good.

I kegged my latest batch last night. MMMMMMmmmm... very smooth. Smooth as a prom queens thighs... and only slightly more dangerous.

I did an extract batch... no time for all grain anymore. I used 6lbs of Amber malt, 3 lbs dry light malt, and 3 lbs of Honey. Yea, the honey adds a nice kick, both in taste and in the buzz zone.

My brother in law arrives today from Hawaii... I aimed to have this ready for him... so we can have a real good time. LOL.

Yeah - but look at the crew! Buncha hell-raisin' gahdamn submariners! I say we should have the fire out and air-conditioning installed within an hour of our arrival! Eek

And remember, I make flares! Gimme a tall-enough stack and we can light up wherever heaven is supposed to be. Big Grin
