So the new Retraining Advisory list is out for FY 2012. It shows zero retrain options across the board for non First term Airmen. Does anybody know when they usually release the number of retrain slots open for NCO's?

Once per year, the Air Force sends out a general announcement, listing those AFSCs with significant overages and shortages. Meaning the Air Force Recruiters see if the quota of applicants are met, then they cancels or traditionally informs the applicants who don't get one primary job choices.
