enjoyed driving them.. at the time I thought they were super cool. And as an adult they are still tops.
Pa was the top LCU skipper in the Trans Corp. Thoue he never made a big deal about it. After his passing found out alot of award and achment that he did while at the T-school and other LCU type stuff. |

That looks familiar. I see those everytime I drive to the parts warehouse here at Eustis. During battalion runs they sound off with their deep loud fog horns.

No they don't. The army has more "watercraft" than the navy has "ships". That's because the services use differing definitions of the words. If you use the normal definition of the word "boat", navy has army beat by a long shot. |
