Can someone please give me some real-Army insight on what the life of an 88M is like?

I believe I am reclassing from 92A to 88M after I finish joining the National Guard. Since I am Prior Service, I have to join as a 92A first, and then go to school for 88M later.

Changing tires, PMCS, driving while your asleep, and help the mechanics get your dead lined junk road worthy.

Sitting in the motor pool when there are no missions, pulling endless details when there are no missions, range details, and occasionally getting released early. Having a blast being on your own on a mission, getting TDY missions to wild locations, and running mail at 0330 on the autobahn. Lots and lots more.
