After 90 days it was just finishing up the paperwork and getting last minute things done. How do you pack away 20 plus years of love and best friend? Agent Orange hid out well for all that time.
No test to measure, no test to find just smack down and take away with no warning.
It was as if he'd just gone to Nam and didn't come back. It was bad enough having classmates and friends die in those years.
To have something from those days come back was too horrible to contemplate. Yet, that was exactly what happened. Irreversible, fatal and devastating for all. Such a loved one that I could only say "He was with us for 37 more years than some that came back the other way".
We quietly grieve for those in the past and now for all those who pay once again for the past. This is truly our last battle

Maria:

I am sorry for your loss. Please email me - there are others in your area going through the same Agent Orange loss.

Take care of yourself.
