I started playing this game called navy field about six months ago there are already many active and prior service military playing the game so i thought it would be nice if someone posted a link here. Just to tell you alittle about the game. It is free to play though you have the option to buy special ships like the pensecola if you wish. In the game you comand a WW2 ship of either japanese american german or british origin starting with a destroyer and working up to either a battleship or a carrier in the nation you have chosen. for example the lexington cv or the iowa bb. All you have to do is go to this website www.navyfield.com check it out then register. When you register make sure to put nightcrept as your nominator. If you wish to join a fleet and play with others on a team look up either nightcrept if your on the missouri server or usmcsniper or nate87 if your on the new york server. No its free for as long as you want. You have the option 2 pay but only if you want extra stuff. If you just like playing with ww2 ships and your not into the competition part then you dont have to pay for anything. I played for free for months my wife and father still play for free. This isn't one of those games you get a free month trial for. This game has a store with extra options and ships in it that you can buy thats how they make money. But you can play the whole game for free try it.
It was only pay to play when it first came out. You really need to go check it out again for your self. Go to fileplanet and read the reviews or go ask questions on the navyfield forums. It is truely and honestly free I wouldn't be on here trying to get you guys to play with me if it wasn't. I definitley don't get paid to promote the game.
