Ok, so my husband got orders to Japan. We lived there for 4 years and now we seperated. We do not have a legal seperation, we were just taking time apart for a while. He told me that he's not getting BAH for me being here because he still has one child there in Japan. The child is from a previous relationship and she's 18 years old. I took our three children to the states with me. I heard thru the grapevine that he would be eligible for BAH for me. When I confronted him with that and asked him for a copy of his LES, he refused. Do you know if he is indeed eligible and if he's lying about it?

Were the orders to Japan accompanied or unaccompanied? Did you ERD? Is this child living with him?
