I have been to the Orderly room and finance and both places are giving me different ways on how to properly fill out the AF form 220 for BAS.

Now it comes down to the "Reason for request" box and what needs to be put in thsi box.

The First time I put the "Reason" which was "Authorized to move out of dorms and off base on xxx date"

But then was told that it needs to be the % of how much BAS im suppose to get in this box...

The next day i attempt to hand in this form and get another answer
"it needs to be more info under the reason for request box. 2 things. stating the reason....

Nothing about the % of BAS im suppose to get...

This is really frustrating and I am not sure what else to do to get the correct info if the Orderly Room and finance office cant answer my question who can?

The AF owes me about 500bucks a month since july due to this paperwork never being updated.
Now im trying to update it now and am runnning into the above issue.

Any help would be great.

Also i find it amazing that finance could not provide the answers and couldnt even FIND a properly filled out form 220 while i was their.
