I'm an E-4. My wife is an E-4 also. I'm higher ranking, but do not receive BAH. She does. I came down on orders to go to a different post than her. I'm currently in Iraq. I've turned in my marrage certificate and a lease when I got to my new unit, but I never received BAH. I have gone to main finance. They said I'm not authorized BAH because I'm a geographical bachelor. I have also turned in my marrage license when I got to Kuwait, same problem. I've turned in my BAH paperwork multible times, with no luck. Now I have a 2 month old daughter and still no BAH. Does anyone know what regulation says I'm suppose to get BAH. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
