is there any kind of financial/ food help for us Vets, that were evacuated from this fire, we lost food, and what money a lot of us had, which was little, had to use to evacuate,

Specifically for vets or military? I'd say contact the Air Force Aid Society. If they can't help in your situation, they should still be able to point you in the right direction.
