Hey, I was in the same condition as you are now. But thanks to my good luck that I found a very special tool that made me renovate my returns in the stock market. IF you are asking that question here, you are in over your head. First, all markets are down, so returns are not good. Second, I do not think that foreign investment fits the profile of the other posts here.
And third, the two profiles and names look a lot alike. Two one post wonders from CA who are in ROTC - too good to believe that they would register in one day.
