It's not impossible but the negative account can turn into a collection account on your credit report if left unattended too long.

Why would you want to get a new one in this situation? Just pay off what you owe.

a synonym for cash flow some countires companies are required to publish a third statement in their annual accounts, and their balance sheets;this is to show the flow of funds in and out of the company during an accounting period. |

Is it just me or does any one else have the urge for fried eggplants? At least now it's not soo poofy. |
It's almost impossible. If you leave a negative balance for too long and the bank closes your account, it's gonna go to a collection agency and show up on your credit report. If you go to another bank to apply for a new account they might run your credit history. If it shows up that you owe money on a previous bank accout they may deny you. This happened to my cousin and he had to pay everything back before he was able to open another account...you're better off just paying the balance...Hope this helps.
