hello i got a question? and im not sure how to post it? but i am a ARG soldier (active duty guard) and i am deployed in iraq, how is my bah detrmined? by my home of record? does anyone know what requlation covers bah?

FACT- You want your Home of Record (HOR) to be your NYC address in SIDPERS. Whatever address SIDPERS has, is what zip code your BAH will be paid on. If you live in NYC, and never changed your HOR, you will get Wyoming BAH.

BTW for TDG NG BAH is based on HOR ZIP code; AGR is based on duty location ZIP in the state.
