I had a TLA request Processed on Nov 12th,2008
That is the date the finance office claims to have "paid" me.

I never received the deposit into my banking accounts (checking or savings)

I have been getting the run around from all members at this finance office since it is overseas and I am now a civilian stateside.

Does anyone have any idea on what my course of action is at this point?

A written statement from my bank? To show i never received payment?

Sadly simple things like this could get done pretty easily if i was still AF and still had contacts.But it seems now that im civilian its hard to get this done.


To make matters worse. A friend of mine has the same situation with the same finance office.We are just about giving up.At this point it has nothing to do with the money they still owe me. But the fact they still owe me money means people just aren't doing their jobs.

Yes show them proof it hasn't arrived in your bank account. Make sure it is the same bank that you get direct deposit to.
