What does the personal savings account have to do with the economic structure?

If you have personal savings your personal economic structure is stronger?

the personal savings account is mainly useful for the bank. You get a certain amount of interest , but the bank gets to control $20 of every $1 you put into the bank

Do you mean how does the natioanl savings rate effect the country's economics? I think that's what you were asking and I'm not exactly sure what the answer is, but we overall have a negative savings rate and that somehow effects inflation and the value of the dollar. Or so I've heard, I'm not quite sure on the specifics. Here's a link though "Deleted"

Well to the OP, just do a search online and there's a lot of different articals about how the economy and national savings rates and what not.
