How many years experience? What do you know? Do you have good customer service skills? Are you able to resolve issues in a timely fashion?

IS this a position that needs a security clearance?
Most entry level or level 1 help desk starts out around $10 to $15 an hour. With a security clearance, you should be looking at a few dollars more, maybe in the $20 range.
