Years ago, after getting out of the USN, I married a gal who worked at BUPERS in Arlington, VA. She worked for Admiral Zumwalt.
Anyway... All these years I've had a Uniform Insignia Badge for a "USN Career Counselor".
I don't know how to get hold of anyone who would collect or want it, but I'm very willing to give it up for free to someone who'd want to replace theirs they are missing.
