What do you mean you know Tricare pays for it? You are misinformed. If something is PURELY for cosmetic reasons (i.e. not a birth defect or result of an injury or accident), then it's probably not going to be covered: http://www.tricare.mil/mybenef...+Surgery&topic=WomenEven if it was an accident, the surgery has to be performed "no later than Dec 31 of the year following" the accident.

If you get approved to have it done, it probably won't be at Ft. Stewart. Their facilities are somewhat limited. You would probably be sent to Ft. Gordon or somewhere else that had a bigger facility.

Some facilities have programs that allow cosmetic surgery to in order to keep their surgeons in practice. I've only seen it offered at larger facilities, but it's out there.

only about 4 locations military wide offere cosmetic surgery. and like has already been stated, Tricare only coveers MEDICALLY NECESSARY cosmetic surgeries. you start with a referral from your PCM.
