This morning I did 29:09 on my Gazelle...this time I had tunes. Big Grin I don't focus on the time and distance nearly as much when I have music. I can even still sing while I do it too! lol...

Then I did 40 more of them squat thingy's. That was a bit better this time around.

I grabbed my TheraBands and went to work on my physical therapy on my legs and hips, then figured that I could work my arms as well. Go figure! lol...

So I'm sweaty and in need of a shower. I was tired as all get out this morning, but I literally talked out loud to myself to get going....guess I have to do it if I hear it out loud as opposed to just thinking it. Wink

I started doing yoga for toning. It really helps! Funny though, its very similar to pilates.

I remember when I used to do yoga....we did a real simple routine, but I remember it well. Was a lot of fun too.

Okay, it's Monday and I did my workout.
I did 20 minutes on the Gazelle, did my TheraBands, and increased my squats to 50! lol...now I feel like Jell-o, so I must have done something good. Wink

Why is it the more I try to lose weight, the more I pack on??? How frustrating is that?!?! Jacked up is what it is.

Just gotta keep working at it BAW. The first few weeks of working out again your weight will be nuts. I know it's hard. Your doing good though!.


I have 3 months to tone up my stomach muscles... lol...Let's see if I can actually do it. I am a little frustrated because I pretty much weigh the same as I did last year at this time. BUT I am no longer a 14. I am an 11 and a medium shirt, not a large or XL. It's irritating when I don't think about my clothes fitting different. Thank god for that. ugh.

So yeah, I really do have to get serious these last 3 months because I want to be in at least a size 9 before we start trying again. I know the odds are slim but they were slim for me to be an 11 also. Wink Big Grin Much more cardio and more leg lifts along with the booty bumpin squats. haha! That's what I like to call those ones. Wink

Good grief...I tried logging in yesterday but our interenet was soo freakin slow..2 more months...lol..

anyways..

I now have roughly 2 months to get to where I want to be...Sadly when I weighed myself last night at the gym, I have 5 more pounds to loose than what I thought. I knew that I may have gained some so it was kinda expected. My goal was to be at 145 by Aug 1st, BUT since I have 5 more pounds to loose, it will be By Aug 15. It's almost a 20 pound loss so I am not sure if I can do it but I am going to try like crazy. The calculators say that I can do it, and do it safely so here we go!...oh and when I weghed myself, it was at night AND I was wearing pants not shorts so I may weigh a bit less but that's just a 2 or so pounds...

Did some cardio while I waited for my partner to show up. Just the bike for roughly 10 minutes but I got up a pretty good sweat in that 10. I think this time I am really going to do good at pushing myself.

Then we did weights.OUCH...legs, abs, and arms...I did 100 of the ab thingy! WOW!!..I wanna see today if I can do 100 more and do that all this week and then next week raise the weight on it to 50 instead of 30. I can feel it some today but not as much as I would like so I may raise my count some. We'll see. My back was poppin lke crazy on the first 20 or so..haha..

Wish me luck guys..I really wanna do this. I don't even dread going to the gym anymore. I am using it as "me time" and my "relax" time.haha..
