when you go to BCT or are deployed are you allowed to take vitamins, like capsules, with you? and i'm not talking about prescription medicanes.

to tell you the truth you are better off not taking them at all. your body works harder and more effiently if you gain your vitamins the natural way. SO do what Doc says and eat your veggies at every meal, eat fruit and get outside so your skin can make Vitamin D.
