My downfall is not having E-7 TIG. They get 2 points for every month, E-6 only 1. Lets see what the primary cut off is on 20 Febuary.

I think a great mistake. Your eval score and your eval preboard score might need to be adjusted. This number could change due to corrections. Your TIG as an E-6-E-9 gets added to that number. Stay positive.

My pre-board score was a 296. I believe last year the primary score cut-off was 212. Remember that this score only gets you into the game.

INSPECTIONMK,
Not sure why yours is so low considering your TIS/TIG. Did you have any breaks in service, reserve time? The calculations that PSC uses is pretty bizarre to say the least but the basics is one point for every 30 days as an E-6 and two points for every month as E-7 thru E-9. Your sea time if any does not count for MSSE. Your marks play a big factor as well. I'd check with your YN's to see what's going on. Just some advice. I had to adjust mine last year.

Hello Petty Officer Porrata. We were stationed together on the CGC FORWARD. Those great precommission days. I am glad to see you have done well for yourself. Did you ever marry Lisa Spotwood? I made CWO back in 1996. I am retiring with 30 years on March 7 2008. Good luck with your promotion to CWO. CWO is the best place to be in this organization.

Hello Mr. Perkins, it’s been a long time since those cold days in Rhode Island. Commander Stillman had us at sea detail with no land in sight! I froze my @$$off. As to your question, I did. I messed that up and I had to move on. I see you’re an IO, who would have guessed it. I am glad to hear from you. Look me up in global, talk to you soon.

Lets see how the list looks this year.

Thank you for posting last year's cutoffs. Hopefully they are somewhat the same this year.

Mr. Perkins. It's been a long time. I was stationed with you at MSO Wilmington. I am going for round with the CWO thing so we'll see where it goes this year. Thanks for all the advice you gave me while at the MSO, it's really helped throughout the years.

Glad you came up for the retirement. He is more of a pain in the a$$ now than when he was active.
