I have a quick question. My OER is completed and reads very well but my CO's recommendation states "highly recommend" rather than "most recommend", or "my highest recommendation" etc... My CO is new so I haven't been able to speak to him or get to know him other than my CWO interview. I think this may have been a disadvantage when he wrote my recommendation. Don't get me wrong my recommendation was awesome other than the "highly recommend" but I always heard you always want his highest recommendation and the CO's recommendation block was the most important thing. Am I being to paranoid?

Yes you are. Is it your first OER?

Relax, highly recommended is very good. "Most recommended" doesn't sound like proper grammar to me.
