Sean-
Not too sure how many put in this year. HSC Williams here at HQ has a 350. These are the only scores I've heard of so far.
Cheers!

Holy Crap! a 400!! I hope that's not setting the curve this year. Who got a 400, I'm not above climbing a clock tower with a rifle to cull the herd LOL! Seriously, Good Luck to everyone who is applying.
Cheers! Beer

Chris-
I surely thought you PMT SEH types had figured that out! Razz

For every 400 other there, I am sure there are some 150 to balance it all out. If the cuts come out soon I won't be worrying about the warrant thing as much.

The Warrants are slower moving targets than the 8's and 9's so I figured an easier herd to cull! Doesnt mean you shouldn't be watching your back though Senior, I'm keeping all my options on the table this year. LOL! Big Grin

When you make 9, you are always a target. For the longest time none of the HSCM's will go on a fishing trip with me. I wonder why?

Yeah, I guess that's me! Ron, you're a lock for 9, right? I mean, you're going into the billet...

I really wish they'd take marks out of the equation or at least make them no so important. You gotta think that person that got a 400 has at least 10 7s... I really have a hard time thinking anyone is that good. If you are that good/smart of a Chief/Senior Chief, then you should be sitting at #1 or at least #2 on the SWE list... I have a huge issue how we do marks, if you can't tell. Wink

Anyway, that's my opinion... (and yes, I'm a little disgusted with the system)

Chris, if it makes you feel better, I have applied 8 times, this is the first time that I might get past the pre-board. The same year I will make HSCM.

Let's see, Ron as a Master Chief or Ron as a Warrant, I can only hope he goes MED, that way I can enjoy some payback for the constant (slang for stool) I get from him. Better yet, CWO Ron sitting in a cubicle at HQ or MLC having to whisper on the phone because he doesn't want his bosses hearing him talk bad about the K program!
Chris- don't let the CWO application get to you. It is PFM, and if you try to understand how it works too much it will only cause you to study harder for 8!
