Can anyone help us locate CWO Bill Ravell from Mass or if contacted have him contact me? Several folks, including myself are looking for him and there has been no answer to any emails for some time and his phones have been disconnected. It also appears his website has not been updated in some time. We are concerned for his welfare. He was recently selected as a professional artist of the International Society of Marine Painters and he never acknowledged. Also the Coast Guard Channel made a flash presentation of his artwork and they have not heard from either. Thanks for your time and understanding.
