How long does it take for the LES in direct access to update with the current paycheck? Right now it's still showing the one from the first as the most recent even though we've been paid for the 15th.

It differs each paycycle. However, "paycut" is generally around 10 days prior to the upcoming pay day. This determines when the information is posted.
