I need a transcript of sea service. I went on the PSC website and it says that CG members can get one from emailing the customer care center. I got out last August and need one so I can get a marineers license. Does anyone know how I can get this transcript. Thanks for your help
Take some time and go through the National Maritime Center (NMC) site. Somewhere hidden in there is info on how to get your records out of the warehouse records center in St. Louis. It is time consuming, good luck..
