Recently rcv'd my SRB in the lump sum after it was taxed....my question is this now: will that show up on my W-2 AND be taxed as taxable income for this upcoming tax season??? How does that work as I have never rcv'd an SRB before....thanks for any help/advice.

Yes it will show up on your w2 as current income. But it was probably taxed at 28% so you will most likely get a return.
