If a member is 40lbs over MAW but 7 or 8% over max body fat of 22% keeping them within the 8 month max probation time. will they be processed for seperation or placed on the weight program?

They will be placed on the weight program. They have to be both more than 35 pounds over MAW and more than 8% over MABF.
