Unless things have changed since 2000, 60 days was the max as of 1 Oct, beginning of the fiscal year. You could accrue more than 60 as the year went on. Also, you could carry more than 60 on 1 Oct. under special circumstances. On a side note, who is the E-10 these days?  Sorry Wray, I had to.
