I was called up for OEF in 04 and finished in 05. I left the Army.

I know there was a period of time (2 years) that the VA would see you for whatever reason after discharge. My 2 years has passed.

I recently saw that there was a passage of law or at least legislation extending that time to five (5) years.

Is this true, or is it still in pending legislation.
