Hello i am a 15F about to finish AIT i am an E4 looking to see how i can go about trading duty stations i just got back from Germany and i am hoping to go back if there is any advise you could give me please let me know i was told it is possible to trade if you find the right person so if you are looking to go to Fort Drum then let me know or if you just have any advise please let me know thank you

Good Luck trying to find anyone who wants to trade Germany for Ft. Drum in the winter.
Unless you find someone who is from that area (not bloody likely) you might have a tough time. It's not unheard of. Post it in AKO forums under the "assignment" thread and see if you get a bite. Stanger things have happened!
I'm going to have to agree with Matt, there is NO WAY IN HELL that anyone would want to go to Drum in the winter. I could be wrong but it does get a bit chilly up there and if what I heard was correct, the soldiers up in Alaska go to Ft Drum for winter training, what kind of crap is that?
I don't think you can trade a CONUS assignment for OCONUS.
As for the winter training, I've heard it's not because it's colder at Drum but that it's easier to find your way back to civilization if you get lost.
