Has anyone had any luck with the streamlined moral waiver option? If so, how long before you recieved a response?

Thanks for the info. I sent mine in on the 2nd and I just got a reply back yesterday saying it had been recieved, and to keep an eye out for it in my e-mail. This was posted on their website so I'm guessing that's why it is taking so long.DUE TO HIGH VOLUME OF PACKETS RECEIVED, UPDATES TO OUR DATABASE AND CONFIRMATION E-MAILS WILL BE DELAYED. It took exactly two weeks from the day I sent it in, but it finally came back approved.

Flyboy, if you don't mind me asking, what kind of offense are we talking about here? The website describes timelines for the moral waivers jail-time and non jail-time, I am assuming yours was a non jail time offense... I was detained back in 2001 for a while but it was NOT jail time (as in sentenced to serve in jail) I am wondering if I should explain this on the waiver request. Could I ask you a copy of your request if you don't mind?
