Correct me if I'm wrong, but a Class II physical is required for CC/FE positions right? What are the vision standards (myopia) and are they waiverable?
Here at 2-82AVN Crew Chiefs get Class III physicals. And heres specifics from a Class III Flight Physical I am currently holding:
OPTOMETRY: Distant Vision Acuity Near Vision Acuity Manifest (If less<20/20) Stereopsis Phorias by AFVTA Color Vision
Thats verbatim off of the Flight Physical packet. But I can't be sure of the waivers. Because I'm actually curious if I can get a waiver for my color blindness, I'm at least Red/Green discriminate. Hope that helps.
